FARBA is LESOVIK’s proprietary procedure for constructing camouflage patterns, designed from the ground up as an alternative to the camouflage patterns widely available on the market. Unlike standard military and civilian patterns, FARBA features an exceptionally large repeat (450 x 150 cm, 5x larger than popular military camouflage variants) and a multidirectional pattern architecture, meaning it produces no visible repetition regardless of viewing angle. This approach addresses real limitations that even modern military camouflage patterns run into. The worst example is the Polish “Pantera,” which contains practically every mistake one can make when designing camouflage: a small repeat (the pattern repeats roughly every 30 cm), no micro-pattern, no macro-pattern, and poorly contrasting colors. Contemporary camouflage patterns generally have a larger repeat (typically 150 x 80 cm) and richer structure, but even with this more modern approach, they often lack one or more of the features that FARBA camouflage combines:
- a massive repeat, meaning in practice there isn’t a single pattern repetition anywhere on the product’s surface. The pattern layout on every single item is unique.
- a multi-level masking structure suited to observation across a wide range of distances, from a few meters to several dozen meters.
- a unique super-macro level, forming clusters of more than several dozen centimeters in size.
- pattern resolution calculated based on the angular resolution of the human eye and the fractal distribution of shapes in the natural environment
- colors and contrast that are calculated, not chosen: derived from photo analysis, with color contrast calculated using a hierarchical clustering method.
The F1 Frondlair variant, dominated by greens and dark browns, is intended for use in Central European mixed forests, well as dense, low-growing subalpine spruce forests.
HUBA is a compact gear hammock designed to keep equipment protected, organized, and immediately accessible while operating from a hammock-based shelter. It provides a dedicated off-ground storage space for a backpack, clothing, and footwear, solving the practical question of where to place gear while resting comfortably in a hammock. Positioned within arm’s reach, HUBA allows controlled, low-movement access to equipment without leaving the shelter or disturbing the surroundings.
HUBA is constructed from lightweight waterproof ripstop silnylon, the same proven material used in our tarps. The fabric does not absorb water and effectively blocks moisture, keeping equipment dry and protected from rain, ground humidity, dirt, and frost. Suspended above the ground, HUBA prevents gear from soaking, freezing, or becoming contaminated by mud and vegetation, while also eliminating contact with insects and uneven terrain. Elastic-finished edges keep equipment securely contained even when accessed from a reclined position.

As a mini hammock, HUBA stabilizes stored equipment: backpacks do not slide down slopes, footwear remains contained, and smaller items are not at risk of disappearing into tall grass or leaf litter. This controlled storage supports order, and equipment accountability during night use, prolonged rest, or static wildlife observation.
HUBA’s dimensions were carefully developed to accommodate a 55-liter backpack along with additional clothing, shoes, and a small hip pack. The maximum backpack volume that can fully fit inside HUBA is approximately 70 liters.
The maximum recommended load is 15 kg.
HUBA is supplied with a dedicated stuff sack and an illustrated, color-blind-friendly instruction manual, supporting clear, error-resistant initial setup.
